    Stuck on bootloop

i know it was extremely retarded to just mess with the rm but i had installed cyanogen mod and it worked alright, i went back to normal and i was going to put it back later on, however when i went to install off of sd i think i clicked the wrong file because it was stuck at the cyanogen bootloop, its rooted of course, any way to fix this without clearing everything? i did have a backup which for some reason didnt work when i selected every option from the nandroid advanced recovery. any advice or more info

OP, check out MyBackUp Pro and Titanium. These apps are paid but will keep your data.
