    Very desperate please help!!!

    I have a DROID x and want to root it. I have looked at so many different ways though. And each one seems to get harder and harder to understand. I knw a little about alot when it comes to the phone, but all the "lingo" has me lost. I need a root for dummies..lol I would very much appreciate if sum1 would take the time to help me thru it.

    I'm trying to root my DROID1 running 2.2.3. Tried super 1 click root and it would not work. Any body have suggestions?

    Edit: just rebooted and it worked.
