Rooted, Aesthetics messed up, returning. HELP!

Hi, I rooted my phone about 2 months ago with Superuser, didn't install any rom's or anything crazy, just installed an overclock app and decided to change some of the status bar aesthetics. Recently the phone has become such a nuisance constantly freezing, icons disappearing, apps not loading etc.. that i filed a warranty claim. Well i have to send the phone in tomorrow and i am extremely worried that they won't take it back because they will see that i have rooted the second they turn the phone on. Does anyone know how to change the status bar back to stock? I have tried finding themes with no luck finding a stock theme because I am too new to this and don't know where to look, and for some reason any other theme won't load on my phone. I have metamorph installed also, and have not found anything stock in there either. I just want it to look normal, and be un-rooted before i send it back so i will for sure get my money back. Any help is awesome!! Thanks

Rooting you phone voids your warranty, so before you send it in make sure to do this to clear all rooting effects and changes - Unroot/Back to Stock (2.2) Without .sbf or RSD Lite - Droid 1 Only
