list of ringtones

i have downloaded a ringtone (ga tech fight song) and want to add this to a contact.
How do i get the download to show up in the ringtones file when i am associating a contact with the ringtone?

i don't know how to move the download file to the ringtone list.

Connect your driod to your computer using the USB cable. On your computer you should be able to see your SD card. Create a directory called "Media" (without wuotes). Then in the Media Directory create another directory called "Audio". Then in the Audio Directory create these three directories "notifications", "rigntones" and "alarms". Put your downloaded ringtones into the ringtones folder. Disconnect your Driod and you should now have your ringtone on your phone ready to be for your use.

Zedge.net has tons of free ringtones. I get mine from there sometimes or I download songs and make my own.

Since this has been bumped anyway, Ringdroid will let you make tones from any mp3s in your library directly on your phone. Huge time saver.

Is there anyway to set your phone so when your downloaded ring tone is ringing it dose'nt cut it off to say "verizon wireless" my HTC Eris never did that but my Bionic does and it's really annoying!
