Go to the market and download The Hangover application. It is on there.
It's called Stu's Song if you are searching for it elsewhere.
If you have Mabilo it's super easy:
Just search for "Stus song" (without the quotes and notice I didn't use an apostrophe)
Most legit ringtone.
