Seems that as of 2.2 my phone at startup has itself always set to silent. I then reset a ringtone which seems to last until I turn it off then the process starts again. Phone also now vibrates at shutdown instead of sound my notification tone. Really lost as to why the ringtone goes to silent every time I turn it off.
