My husband just got a Razr. Sent ringtone from Phonezoo to his phone...it comes in as a text message. But doesn't show up as ringtone. My Bionic was easy! Help!!

Your life could depend on this. Don't blink. Don't even blink. Blink and you're dead. They are fast. Faster than you can believe. Don't turn your back, don't look away, and don't blink! Good luck.

New suggestion. On your phone there should be a app called "files" open it and then open the device storage option. Then scroll to the messaging folder and open that the ringtone should be there

Once you find your ringtone, make a folder in your device storage called "media" and inside that folder create a folder called "ringtones"...put your ringtone in there...you may need to restart but eventually the ringtone should show up in your settings> sound> phone ringtones page...fyi do the same thing for notifications except instead of ringtones call it "notifications" (remember no quotations)

Ok, I'm baffled! My Droid was easy! I've created the folder...now how do I move it? I highlight the ringtone, it asks me where I want to move it but don't see how to choose. I'm sure it's something obvious that I'm missing!

Ok so longpress the ringtone and hit the button with the arrow... that's the move button... now navigate back to device storage via the Files back button (not your normal back button, this will undo your highlight/move) and go to the media folder you made then ringtones and you should see the word MOVE hit that and you're golden
