Can some put some step by step on how to change do free wifi on jb

I dont understand your question. Do you mean free wifi hotspot/tethering where you connect your computer to your phone to access the internet or just plain old wifi? In that case, most wifi hotspots are free and not billed to your data plan on your account.

You'd have to download an app such as foxfi.

Are you rooted? Good guess no.

Yes it sounds like the OP is asking about the entitlement hack. You have to be rooted and then use RSD, I believe there is an app. Do a search on here, should be able to find the instructions.

FoxFi doesn't work on JB last I heard.

Seriously, OP what exactly are you asking for? Connecting to Wifi is free (unless the place charges). Tethering can be a paid service through Verizon with a data cap, or you can get it free by using a 3rd party tethering app.
