Lately my razor is not performing up to snuff. There are a number of applications running in the background taking all of the memory. How to look through this list and tell me what applications I might be able to freeze or disable.

If you don't use it, disable it or freeze it. Live wallpaper is a big resource HOG as is Facebook (depending on it's settings).
