    Disable Permissions or network connectivity of certain Apps

    Is there any way (rooted or unrooted) to disable permissions for certain applications?

    For example, one app has permissions to:
    Network communication
    Phone Calls

    But, the app does not require these permissions. I would like to disable these permissions.
