New Droid Razr from verizon. Battery issues?

Screen and 4G are the battery suck. I have discovered profound battery gains with turning off data sync while the device is idle (Battery Extender smart action::: screen=off, charging=no, movement=no), and more importantly started using Wifi at home instead of 4G. The battery is MUCH better now.

Josh is right,task killers do suck n u dnt need em.i had to mention that if nothin helps anymore,the phone in general is already screwed JUST frm the advanced task killer,even if u uninstall it.i had it on my 2nd new razr,spankin new n not even 4 days it made my battery life horrible, after the 6th day,my phone blacked out n had to replace it.frm what i experienced,thats the worse app i ever downloaded.Hopefully ull get more juice,do a battery train frm fox if u gotta(itll help) n yes,setting ur smartaction to turn off wifi n data,even set it to 15 seconds screen time when not in use will definitely help..disable any app u dnt use that came with the phone

Lets just be real here....the og Razr battery life sucks. A phone shouldn't have to have this done to it to squeeze out extra juice. everytime i've called motorola, they've told me to calibrate it etc. Im sick of the bs. they also wont give you a new phone, but require you to send it in for 4-6 days and they repair it and send it back.

My og razr . Gets 3 1/2 to 4 hours screen time. With my heavy use that gets me 11 to 14 hours. I figure that's more than I expected from it.

Yeah...idk, this morning I was 3hrs and 27 mins off charging, with 29 mins of screen on time, and my battery was on 66%. I was only doing a little texting (seriously barely any) and a little bit of twitter. Sick of this razr

I feel like I'm beating a dead horse, but did you do a factory data reset and battery meter training after the ics update?
