Motorola has said the Razr, Razr Maxx, Droid 4 and Bionic will get JB 4.1 in 2013.
Razr M and Razr HD before 2013....with the M already getting it.

11-24-2012 12:10 PMWarning if anyone uses Foxfi if you update to JB it will no longer work just so everyone knows. Not worth the upgrade to me I use foxfi way to much.

11-24-2012 02:47 PMThe developer community is already porting over some JB features to their ROMs.. we'll likely see full JB ROM's well before Motorola pushes JB to our Razr's.
