Did you use Matts utility to root?
no. i dont remember what i used anymore. i dont know what to do anymore
Here's a recommendation. Download and install on your computer Matt's Razr Utility 1.8 or 1.81 or 1.82 (I recommend you go here to get 1.82 Droid Razr Utility 1.82 [Windows] For Verizon Droid Razr And Droid Razr Maxx Only - DroidRzr.com). You can find that utility in this forum next door in the Hacks sub-forum (version 1.8 I believe). Extract that utility to its own folder on your computer...you must extract the file, the utility will not run from within the .zip file. After you have the utility installed on your computer make sure your phone is set to usb debugging mode (menu>system setting>developer options). Power your phone off. Then power your phone on while holding down the volume up and volume down buttons. You will boot into a black screen with white lettering (you'll recognize the screen, you've been there before). Connect your phone to your computer with the factory supplied usb cable. Make sure you have the Motorola drivers installed on your computer (there is a folder in the utility with the drivers). On your phone select AP Fastboot, then in the utility select "restore phone to stock .211...option 1 if I remember correctly. Do not unplug the usb cable until the utility finishes. When competed your phone should reboot to stock .211.
My Razr did the exact same thing. Jpcalhoun's suggestion is exactly what I did. After running option 1, I restarted phone to make sure all was fine. Then I installed the .215 leak, then rooted my phone using the same utility (starting with option 2), then flashed the DroidHD rom. All is fine.
Once back to stock, the instructions for the .215 leak is here:

Simple step by step instructions for rooting using Mattlgroff's utility (the same one you used to go back to stock) can be found on post #89 here:
Droid RAZR Utility 1.8
And i will also be doing the exact same thing as well. Lol
And don't worry about setting usb debugging since you can't get into the menus
