question about razr

i recently heard that since the ics update the droid razr is now a world phone. does this mean i can use my phone with a tmobile or att sim?

I don't think that is quite possible yet. By world phone, VZW refers to the fact that it has a GSM radio which is what most of the world uses for wireless. You can arrange with VZW to have your phone enabled, and I have read where someone purchased week to week service in a foreign country. I have also read people reporting problems getting their phone to work while traveling internationally. Hope this helps.
