    Back Up Assistant

    I'm trying to upload a photo using Back Up Assistant and it says fail. I did it the other day and it worked just fine. It says to contact a 1-800 number?

    I believe you have to purchase the media storage.. not sure though.

    Not corrected, only expounded upon! Only reason I know is I signed up for the 500MB last night (within my personal 24hr memory limit!) before an FDR to ensure contacts were saved...used SMS Backup+ for every thing else I wanted to save, all restored beautifully.
