About LinkBacksAlfter resetting my email configurations which ICS block, my RAZR is now frozen with an emergency window showing from which I cannot exit. Can anyone help? Need remedy right away. Thanks!

07-09-2012 11:39 AMHold the volume down and the power buttons for around ten seconds. It should do a simulated battery pull and restart the phone.

07-09-2012 11:58 AMThanks. I've powered down and re-started my RAZR. No luck. I did another test - called myself using another phone. It appears all of my applications are gone. What next when I can't move from the emergency menu on the face of the RAZR?

07-09-2012 02:25 PMUnfortunately, it appears that my RAZR has locked and required me to reset my password which it will not accept. I'm going to Verizon to see if they can help me. This has all happened since I downloaded the new ICS app. I do believe there is much more to be undertood on what occurs after ICS DOWNLOAD.
