    HDMI to DVI is it possible?

    So I got my HDMI cable the other day and it works great. I wanted to be able to use this at work through my monitor that has DVI. I have the DVI to HDMI converter, but my monitor doesn't pick up on it. I can launch the application, but the monitor doesn't get the signal. Has anyone tried this with success? I'm running ICS.

    I use the HD Dock with the same set up and it works for me on a Sharp LCD TV. I never tried to use just the cable and adapter. Does your monitor automatically set refresh rate and resolution? Maybe that's what needs adjusting.

    I have not tried it since the update. I won't be at that location till the weekend so I will test it then.
