    Can't recieve or download group text messages!

    So I am unable to receive group texts because it won't let me download the message to transfer into the group thread. Usually I would just press download when it appears in a text thread, and it would download and transfer into a group. But, now when I. Click download, nothing happens and I can't get the text

    I believe it is because you are in extended network .... This has happened to me before a few times actually .... I just would exit messages then enter message and download ..... it always go to the thread then

    If it was sent as an MMS, you have to be connected to 3G or 4G. You can't receive an MMS over wi-fi.

    I have tried both 4g and 3g. When I press download, it just reappears with no message moved to group thread. Help!
