Clearly, the price difference is notable.

The eBay one ships from Hong Kong and imho the quality is undetermined. But for $18 I'd be wary. The Amazon Motorola product is more money but I'm betting it's better quality - plus Amazon has a great return policy and will get it to you tomorrow (if you have Prime).
