    Amazon android market issue....

    Don't know if this a RAZR but or what, didn't notice this with the TBolt.

    I will receive an alert in my notification bar saying that their is/are updates.

    But upon clicking it I cannot find anything to update?

    Go into settings /applications /manage applications

    Find the market and clear cache/data/force close /

    log back in.

    That will fix it.

    Thanks, I tried all that said found new apps to download but still nothing showing on the updates tab.

    I know there have been aleast 4 or 5.

    I will wait and if it works itself out.

    Updates tab? Go to the market home screen, click the menu button on the bottom of the phone, select "my apps". Any updates will be at the top of the list.

    Alternately, you can pull down the status bar and click on found updates. It will take you to the same place.

    Oops, my bad. Missed it in the subject line. Well, since I didn't have it installed, I just did. I'll give it a go and see what happens. If I get a solution, I'll report back here.

    Yea this is an issue with the amazon market place. You can try wiping cache in the amazon app

    I can't find a more relevant thread so I'll post this here. In addition to having the same issue with the regular market place (I just assumed it notified me of the update, but then just did an automatic update) my Amazon updates keep repeating over and over again. I'll install the update and hit done. Then the same program update comes up again saying ready to install. If I install again, it will just keep repeating the process. It sometimes takes a few times hitting the cancel button before it moves onto the next app to update. The next app does the same thing. Pretty annoying. Luckily, the apps do seem to update.
