What accessories and where to get them

I'm excited I'm picking up my Razr today at 11:30 ( My 1st smartphone) I have an appointment at the local verizon store and they have one set aside for me they only have 9 available so the question is what accessories should I get I know I want a case to carry phone on belt i'm thinking the nav window mount as well as the standard HDMI docking station, what about screen protectors should I use one. Do I buy this stuff from Verizon or is there an aftermarket or discount website that offer a better value. Will my chargers work from my old phone they are mini usb but are there different voltages needed for different phone(my old phone is not a smartphone). Speaking of charging are there any rules to follow? Do I need to worry about batteries developing a memory is it bad to put my phone on the charger and then remove it before fully charged. I'm sure i'll have other questions I'm pretty new to this sight and appreciate all the information thats here.
