Why no hands on reviews yet??? (besides at the release event)

Strange, I would've expected some hands on reviews from some online reviewers by now... Engadget and the like. Maybe I'm just so pumped about this phone I'm dreaming but it seems as though review units are sent out within 2 weeks of the actual launch to try and score some legitimacy. Anyway I can't wait for someone to actually post a detailed review on this unit so that the questions about the new battery can be laid to rest as well as the camera! Here's hoping this week brings something of the sort!

yeah, that is strange... I do fully expect the batter to be non-removable, given how thin the phone is, a removable back could compromise the phones structural integrity.

All of the specs are out including the non removable back.

I hear it's being released in Canada on the 4th and USA on the 10th. So we should see tons of reviews soon.

Yeah but I want it now! It sure would help with our questions, batter life, camera lag and quality, music play back etc.

i preordered mine even having a bionic. Very, very excited. I too have looked for reviews. Could'nt find anything past handson videos. Someone should post if they find one! I have the extended battery on my bionic and it last a while, so wondering how ok the RAZR's non-removable batt will be...

I agree. I am excited about it and can't wait. Don't know why had the original razr and the battery was a piece of crap.

lol i had the razr, razrxx, and the razr v9. I loved them all. Battery life was agreeably sad in most cases, but since I know a way to turn off not only LTE but also 3G, I think I can make one of these babies last through the day on good ole' 1x... Or at least have one of my many 7 dollar moto chargers with me.

The razr is supposed to have the same type of battery as the iphone. Will be completely different than existing Android phones.

Usually one of the sites would have got one by now and done at least a simple unboxing. Guess VZW is keeping a tight lock on this one.
