Is anyone else's music player/folder missing? I can't seem to locate mine and when I go under files and click on one of my MP3s it says unable to open this file type....


NEVERMIND! I figured it out. You can no longer disable Google play music and still be able to listen to songs you have put on via USB or by other sources!

I think I've found my first JB quirk/bug. My proximity sensor doesn't seem to be working all the time. I'd say about 10% of the time I will take the phone away from my head after I finish a phone call and the screen stays black. I have to hit the power button to turn the screen on so I can end the call. Likewise when I need to use the keypad during a call.

Is your phone in a case?

I am on JB and my proximity sensor works correctly. Only reason I ask about the case is I had a similar problem with my EVO when it was in an otterbox case.

Good question but no, I don't have a case and never had any issues prior to JB. I did a quick google search and found a thread over on XDA about it as well so apparently I'm not the only one.

I followed all of the instructions and I keep getting an error. I have .211, rooted thanks to MattyP. After verifying current system I get

I have not seen this error in anyone's thread. Any thoughts? Do I have wait for OTA?

Folks!! Look up top! CJM was the HERO and helped me find a Google cached copy of page 1 as it appeared TODAY, right before the thread suddenly disappeared. I've used this to recreate the Original Post! Also through his efforts, I've recovered pages 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 13, 15, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 27, 28, & 29!!

I don't know how I am going to compile the other posts and pages into this thread, but I'm working on it! Now that I know Google has cached pages, I am also going to look for other pages in hopes they have been spider'd and cached as well.

Hey guys and gals. I am on stock 2.11 ICS However I am rooted but no custom rom. When i try to install the package I get Status 7 error. I do have safestrap installed so do i need to
use the Droid Utility and remove it before attempting to install?
