About LinkBacksWhen my wife's Maxx is on Wi-Fi, 4G still shows. Is it on wi-fi or 4G. Thanks to loosing unlimited data, I need to make sure wi-fi is being used when possible.

10-12-2012 07:54 AMWhen the wifi is connected is that icon blue? If it is, the 4G icon will still show but it should appear as white and the up and down arrors underneath should not be flashing. If they are then you are still receiving some data over 4g.

10-12-2012 07:57 AMIf your wifi is on, it will not use 4g for the data.....all else on the phone being as it should and working properly.
