    Razr sluggish

    Home screen slow to load. Lagged response to touch. Any suggestions?

    When is the last time you rebooted? It is a good habit to reboot daily

    Go to apps>running apps(im not sure how to do it on ics) and any running apps that you don't use uninstall them. Or download gsam. Gsam battery monitor and will tell you what's using the battery
