Not sure of this will help your problem but it could be that it is because it is still set to global data and therefore not getting a good solid data signal. Set it to LTE/CDMA...go to settings --->more... (under data usage) ---> mobile networks ---> network mode ---> select LTE/CDMA.

My friend had this problem when she got her RAZR. She wouldn't receive MMS messages so she went into the store and all they did was reboot the phone. Have you done this already? Turn it off and on?

I have reset the phone and set it to LTE/CMDE. Still it has no 3G or 4G coverage. My other 2 phones are working fine

You may have to take it into Verizon. It could be your Sim card. It could be a defective phone. There are some that had the same problem and after getting a replacement, they had no problems at all.

Thanks. I found the problem. It has to be SIM Card relayed. There's a conflict with data format.
