About LinkBacksAt home with wireless internet This phone downloads MMS messages. When I leave home This phone will not download MMS Messages. The phone acts like it does not have data coverage. But it does. And yes the Mobile Internet is on. Why is this phone doing this

10-04-2012 06:46 PMNot sure of this will help your problem but it could be that it is because it is still set to global data and therefore not getting a good solid data signal. Set it to LTE/CDMA...go to settings --->more... (under data usage) ---> mobile networks ---> network mode ---> select LTE/CDMA.

10-04-2012 07:05 PMMy friend had this problem when she got her RAZR. She wouldn't receive MMS messages so she went into the store and all they did was reboot the phone. Have you done this already? Turn it off and on?

10-04-2012 08:33 PMI have reset the phone and set it to LTE/CMDE. Still it has no 3G or 4G coverage. My other 2 phones are working fine

10-04-2012 11:27 PMYou may have to take it into Verizon. It could be your Sim card. It could be a defective phone. There are some that had the same problem and after getting a replacement, they had no problems at all.
