I received a replacement phone for my bionic, replacement its a Razr, on bionic i was able to watch live church services, on Razr, I can NOT, this happens on several shows any one out here that can and will shed some light on this issue, thank you all in advance

Probably has to do with adobe flash.

have you installed or updated to the latest version of adobe flash player? Flash player update

Thank you both for the informative responses. As it was mentioned, I did have to install the AF.... Now works good...
