    Problem with motorola motoblur account

    Hello.

    When I bought my phone the seller probably put in the motoBLUR account some arbitrary e-mail address.


    Now, I try to complete the ID verification (or something) from the website, and I get to the stage where I need to put this arbitrary e-mail and serial number. I put it in, and it says that it sent there some 4 digits of confirmation. The problem is of course that there is no such e-mail, it's fake.
    My problem here is that there is a link for changing the e-mail on the motorola website at this stage, but it just doesn't work. When I put an e-mail, it says it's invalid and closes my browser (whether it is FF or IE).

    Welcome to the forum, sadly I think you are going to have to do a factory data reset to wipe out those settings. Unless you can go under applications and clear the data for Motocast, not sure if that will work or not.

    Go to your app drawer and press and hold on the Motocast program and drag it up to the top of the screen to App Info and clear the data.
