I got a question about doing a wipe after you flash the .215 leak. If i was coming from .211 rooted and used the Voodoo Root Keeper, wouldnt doing a full wipe kill my Root Keeper? IF so, how would i be able to go back to root on .215?
I think you would go back to to root before doing a wipe. I have done a FDR on my rooted lg several times and it never wipes superuser. That's just my two cents. I don't know much about root stuff.Quote:

Hi Steve, welcome to the forum. I know you can go back to .211 from the .214 leak and I am pretty certain that same process works with the .215 leak. I will look around to find the information.Quote:

Indeed, as far as fastbooting goes I would rather download and use RSD lite and the fastboot files themselves over that utility. Honestly it is just as easy if you take your time and do it right. He gave step by step instructions and links in his thread.

My roadtrip got delayed ... I am leaving late tonight after I take a nap ... so I'm checking in on my students.
You just wanted to wait and see how .215 was going for us newbies ;)Quote:
