Ok boys and girls ... when you open TB it will request Superuser Permissions, make sure the "Remember" box is checked and tap "Allow"

At the top are 3 buttons, "Overview", "Backup/Restore", and "Schedules"

Backup lists all your apps and services installed on the phone. If you want to "freeze" and app, tap the app and a menu will appear, then tap "freeze!" If you want to "defrost" the app, simply tap the app and then tap "defrost" There are several lists of what is safe to freeze, but BE CAREFUL!!! Don't just go freezing willy nilly.

The "schedules" button allows you to schedule things like backups of your apps. TB has a backup folder on your phone where it stores everything.

At the top right (under your clock) you will see a little page with a check mark. That is for "batch" operations, you can go in there and run "back up all user apps and system data" and it will back everything up for you. If for any reason you need to restore all your apps and data, that is done from there also.

You can also "power defrost" all the frozen apps, like when it comes time for an update and you need to defrost them. Then after an update, you would have to go back in and freeze them again.

Yes dear ... just to be safe I would. Go into System Settings, then Apps, and tap the "All" tab ... scroll all the way to the bottom, that's where you will find the apps you disabled (it will say "disabled" on the right. Tap the app, then tap "enable"

I think you mean "FDR" ... Factory Data Reset ... but yes.

HOWEVER, be careful when you do the FDR ... if you select "wipe internal storage" it will delete your TB backup folder and you will have to start all over again and reinstall all your apps. But once you have paid for an app you won't have to pay for it again, it's tied to your email address in the phone.

Doesn't matter ... if you freeze them TB will only backup the active ones that are not frozen.
