    Droid Razor Crash 2X

    My wife and I got two new razors (16g) November 2011. Few day ago got screen freeze after completing a phone call. Then black screen.Best Buy got me a replacement
    yesterday.Was getting the Twitter application and the contact sinc. was selected and crash again.....Second black screen.

    What should I do(frustration...)

    Welcome to the forum.....

    Press the volume down button, and the power button. Hold them down for about 15 seconds... also is it possible that you're killing the battery??? The meters need to be trained to show accurately on these phones.


    Is the phone plugged in??? If no, get it plugged in... if you kill the batteries on these phones, and let it deplete to a low enough level... the phone won't take a charge without a factory cable
