    losing 4g connection

    I am losing 4g connection. I have to reboot the phone to restore it. After a few hours i will have to repeat this process. Help?

    Are you using a battery saver like juice defender? If so you might try downloading "restore connection" from the play store.

    Also you might try powering off the device, remove the sim, power on, power off and re-install the sim, power back on. This reseats the sim, hope this helps?

    Unfortunately it did not work and reseating the card also did not work. Is it time to get verizon involved? I don't think I have any of these battery saver apps on my phone ...
