    Process Data Collector crashes Maxx

    Hi All...I am hoping that someone who is browsing this forum will see this and respond asap...I just received a call from my son via his friends phone...he had his phone off at a school play, turned it back on and got a pop up that said "sorry...application data collector service (process com.motorola collector.service) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again" Force Close. It is hard to see the pic that was sent to me but that is the jist of it. I told him to try a reboot by holding down the power/volume down buttons until the phone reboots. I am still waiting for a txt to see if that worked. Can anyone tell me why that service would crash...how it crashed...and what we can do? Thanks so much!
