05-09-2012 01:39 PMI'm not auto syncing anything right now - just accessing folders from my phone - so I can't say if this is working for me or not. But I had it once where Motocast seemed to just puke out. If you've checked to make sure you don't need any updates (right click on pc's icon and Check for Updates), I would try removing the sync'd folders on your pc and adding them again.
If that doesn't work, here's a link to MotoCast Troubleshoot Assistant. And if that doesn't work, you can try posting in this MotoCast support forum. I've found them to be pretty knowledgeable and helpful. -

05-10-2012 03:24 AMI gave up and downloaded DoggCatcher. Well worth the 2$. Much better podcast program.
