There must be a simple fix

I'm wondering if anyone has had this problem and if there's a simple fix. On three occasions, I received calls and could hear the person calling me but they couldn't hear me. Then the problem went away by itself, without me doing anything (at least not knowingly). Its like there's a mute button that I'm accidentally turning on and off. Does anyone have any suggestions?
