Bluetooth issues with UConnect ( Jeep Wrangler )

I have 730N RHR UConnect in my Jeep. Newly bought RAZR pairs ok, BUT :

1. Phone book does not xfer contact names ( only phone #'s )

2. Therefore hands free calling is not working ( cause the names aren't there on the Uconnect )

3. Hands free dialing of a phone number does not connect --- one ring and then Uconnect cuts out.

Seeing the Jeep dealer tomorrow and phone may have to go back to Verizon ( they've had a 4G/3G data outage since Dec 8th until now ! )

Works fine on my 2007 Durango with UConnect Navigation and passenger entertainment system. Names, numbers, voice dialing all fine.

Unrelated (not intending to hijack the thread but for your benefit), but I used to have a problem with my D2 and a strange BUZZING that would cut out all incoming audio for 2 or 3 second bursts, and since all intermittent problems are very difficult to troubleshoot, I never did isolate it. Sometimes it would happen on every call, but if I unsync'd it and then resync'd it, the noise would sometimes go away and might not return for weeks. However, I have yet to experience that with this phone.

Hey, any luck with the dealer.. I have the same issue, my dealer hasn't called back yet.

I have the same problem with my Droid X and was thinking about getting Razr but didn't want to experience the same problem. My contacts transfer but calls never connect.

Any news OP? I have a 2012 Wrangler with the 730N RHR and a RAZR Maxx. Same symptoms. I have given up.
