Data drop during video feed

I seem to drop all data when trying to watch you tube or Netflix. Sometimes it will let me watch for a couple of mins other times it will let me watch an entire movie. it shows I have full signal then all of a sudden it's blank with the red circle w/a line through it. However, I can still stream google music when it's in this state just nothing with video.and the only time the signal goes blank with that circle is when i'm trying to watch a video. Any suggestions??
