    ICS update

    I have a razr system version 6.12.181.xt912. Verizon.en.us

    and the system update fails every time i try any suggestions

    it's also rooted but no rom put on still stock

    You need to unroot, do the ota, then re root I believe...

    I have the same problem, what did you do to fix it? I rooted my phone and my friends phone. Only mods I have is for wifi tether and his phone updated fine but mine didn't.
