When charging when off you are assured of 100%, if you leave it on, it will stop at 100% and stay there. When charging and you turn your phone on to check charging status it will stop charging at any point above 95% (above 95% your stock meter will say 100%, likewise between 85%-95% your meter will read 90%) that being said if you checked charging status at 96% (meter reading 100%) and used it very briefly it could drop to 94% (meter reading 90%).
If it's not HD it might as well be a newspaper.
I did a power off charge last night to get a better indication of the difference between global and lte/CDMA. Last night I watched videos and the temperature stayed down so improvement there. Today I am testing the battery life compared to what I've been getting. Will post results tonight.Originally Posted by GotnFX
Crossing my fingers for you! Hope it all works out. I'd let the bat go down to the low level warning and do another power off charge tonight (2 power off charge) Then giver another day of normal use and charge as needed while on. For whatever reason after the 2 power off charges and a day or two of normal use and battery charges on as needed, this is when the 30+ hrs of battery life kicks in for my phone. I've had some weeks where the battery gets in the 20hrs..this is when I just repeat the battery conditioning process and then back to 30+ it goes.. also check your mobile networks..I am not sure when it occurs but at times my phone seems to revert back to global instead of LTE/CDMA..again hope this all works out!
11 hrs 12 min with a screen time of 1 hr 18 min and I am at 54 percent battery. Screen, android, and stand by being the top 3 uses. I will do another charge like you mentioned tonight. My temperature has stayed below 100° F all day so that's awesome! Thank you for helping me out!Originally Posted by GotnFX

Sounds positive thus far! Can't wait to hear how things are in the next few days..it may seem like it reverted back to crappy bat life but charge on as you normally word for a day or so after your 2nd charge off..which I am assuming was last night..and again check mobile network to ensure it is still Lte/CDMA..let us know how it all turns out in the next few days..also..always use original charger too..at least for wall charging.
For me, I noticed my battery life greatly improved when I started using SmartActions (and the XMAS JellyBean leak), although I hear there's a better product out there on the Play Store (Tasker). One day, I will set up Tasker, as I hear it has a lot more capabilities than SmartActions. Basically, think about what you do throughout the day on your phone, what features are needed at any given time and let SmartActions turn things off and on.
For example, I work in a public library. I don't use my phone at work at all and I obviously cannot have it ring. When my phone knows it's at work (via GPS location), it turns the screen down to the lowest setting, disables data, sync, Bluetooth, wireless and GPS. With this, I could easily go 8 hours and still be at 80%. Additionally, when I plug my phone into my car dock, GPS turns on (so it knows I'm no longer at work) and turns up the volume and bluetooth. If I'm at home (again, location setting), I turn on wireless and notifications.
I did however use the Google Calendar feature a couple days ago for the first time. I had a notification set for 8 AM. I noticed at 9:30 PM, my phone was completely drained. I never did attend to the calendar notification. I might've also had the Work SmartAction turned off, too, but it shouldn't have had THAT much of an effect on my battery life. With just my Work SmartAction turned off, I'd expect it to go down to probably 50%/60%.
