Click view profile.
Click "I want to.
Under messaging, manage email settings.
Delete the accounts listed.
When I go there now, having deleted all accounts I get a pop up too add accounts. Before the AOL account was listed.
Hope this helps.
It had no effect, as far as I can tell, on my email service.

Actually just went in there and got the pop up for BU+....just closed it..didn't activate or didn't check the agreement....and then got this text..

Good news yet to get the 6250 text since that one time this morning...lol. Also I never registered my account to any email.. my profile was blank..hopefully all this nonsense will stop. I did deactivated BU+..so maybe all this will eventually stop. Everything all good for you I take it?

I'm pretty sure if from 6250 it's related to BA+
The way I understand it it's data from BA+ that for some reason your phone doesn't understand and displays as a text. So I'd say it still is related to BA+.
But what do I know.

Scratch that question.. was always there..still getting texts after FDR..hopefully a fix will go through with JB...when the official version gets pushed..or if Vz gets a clue and fixes it.

After my call back to tech support I'd be curious how they respond if you pose the same issue of texts from 6250. Since all the "fixes" they suggested don't work.
Maybe take it to the next level of tech support.
