Charter Mail set up help?

I am having no luck at all getting my charter.net email set up on my Razr...My Gmail works perfect even my exchange for work works flawlessly..I have found numerous posts all seem to be different..contacted charter and they are no help at all.
Am I the only one with this issue?
IMAP or POP? Not sure wich one to use either...I read my email off the charter web page I gave up on windows live mail.

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

I recently setup an iPhone for a client I am certain it is the same setting. We used mobile.charter.net as incoming and outgoing server.

Wanted to update this...the settings worked for a few days and now since yesturday email has again stopped working,same error cannot open connection to server....I havent changed anything so really dont know what the issue is...anymore help would be appreciated.
