razr maxx emails to navigation????

I'm a crackflasher but always come back to the Roms that allow me to go straight from addresses in my emails to the navigation by clicking on the address in the email or call the number listed in the email !!! Is that only in blur Roms or can that feature be Set up in other roms ???? I use that feature daily and would greatly appreciate any help
