4g reset

I just noticed all day I did not get a 4g signal and stayed on 3g. Shutdown the maxx and 4g pops up. Is this something that happens quite often? Do you need to shut down the phone on a regular basis? Thank you.

No shut down required. Simply put phone in airplane mode.....wait for little white airplane.... Then disable airplane mode and 4G should be there ready to go.

I do it often and it never fails.

Like me you may have not the best of a 4G signal and sometimes it needs a little help.
