People have become so accepting of things not working properly that companies don't even try anymore. So what if people aren't happy with their device, they'll just pay even more for the next, newest, greatest thing because we'll tell them we finally got everything right. Then, when they've figured out it's just another overpriced, mass produced piece of technological garbage, they will refuse to admit their phone isn't worth what they paid for it. I'm going to stick with an Android device, but I will never purchase a Motorola product again.
Over all I am happy with it still. I have ICS and I agree its a little laggy at times but not that bad. GPS works fine when I use it but since ICS I hardly ever turn it on because 1 I hate having to allow standalone GPS ever.single. time I want to turn it on and 2 it seems to eat more battery life when on then before ICS. But I bought the phone more for the good battery life then anything else and on that front its still great. I have come to the conclusion that Motorola puts crappy camera's in so I don't expect much from it.
I have a friend who is looking for a maxx...would you consider selling it what would you have to have for it $ wise.
Lots of responses to my question. Thanks for the response everyone. I will check out the ics camera app people are suggesting.
This will be my last moto phone. And I will try to steer clear of the iphone again.
I know the camera is not the best at night but i did not get this phone for the camera only.
