    Email Issue...

    Having a bit of an email issue. I synced my work email on my phone, much like I had previously done with my X2. However, I have run into a problem. When I delete messages from the inbox on my phone, they do not delete from my inbox online. Any idea why? I have checked all the settings and have found nothing that has helped. All I know is...it worked fine on my old phone.

    Hi and welcome to the forums doksa.

    Go into your email and check your server settings. Is there an option (usually listed towards the bottom of incoming server settings) that allows you to check "delete email from server when I delete from inbox."

    There is. It has two options 'delete when I delete from inbox' and never. Neither seems to make a difference...

    Definitely choose delete from server when I delete from inbox. You may have to enable background sync at least daily to have the servers sync with your phone email.
