display caller id photo

This probably an operator problem. How do I set the phone to display the caller's photo when they call, assuming I have their photo in my contacts? Phone is running the ICS update.

I use Google contact for my phone contacts.

Click on People on the bottom of your Phone, Find your contact in question that you want the picture to display on, click the Options button at the bottom(the 3 horizontal Lines), select edit, click on the small Portrait and add the photo there.

That's how you'd manually add the picture, not sure if google would pic that up automatically or not.
