    I didn't complain or threaten. I simply said my accountant (wife) found an issue with our last few bills. A charge for X amount for the last 3 months. They found it and that was that.

    I'm happy with my service, and I generally don't gripe or complain..... until you tick me off. Then I get quite sharp tongued, but in an intelligent manor. No need for obscenities, they lose their meaning if you throw them around like skittles. Lol

    Not sure the Loyalty Dept would be able to help him... he has only been with Verizon for about 18 months. He was out of the country before that (went to school in Hungary for 2 years).

    My sons line is less than 18 months in. Only 6 months in.

    How much data is being used for these offers?

    My daughter is at 3.1 g with 4 days left...

    She with the help of her bf/fiance are on a mission now..
    Streaming Google music at night and downloading any big MB apps just to delete.. lol

    Was funny as poo, when I read this post he was like " oh yeah baby, your getting a MAXX..." he's on a tiered plan and has been given the go ahead to up her data (unlimited)

    kids in a candy store..

    OK. I called VZW and asked why I've been upgraded for free. Different person than yesterday, obviously. The guy said it was because of my history with them, and having a perfect pay history.

    I asked to speak to a person in tech support about the issue my phone just had... of course they had no answers but when asked about the free upgrade. He said they are clearing the 3g network and my son was a heavy user, then he sent me to another tech person.

    she said it was because I've been with Verizon for 5 years... and no help with my device issue of course. She offered a CLNR. Of course I'm not taking it unless something happens and this phone goes out. The issue has seemed to resolve its self. Like a glitch. Has never happened before, and it's acting right now.

    I would also like to point out that I'm not the only person this has happened to. And I was shocked and dumbfounded when it did happen to me.
