I am getting a new phone because my Bionic constantly loses data connection. Does this happen with the Razer Maxx as well? I know someone who has a Galaxy Nexus and he never loses data connection, so I figure it is just the Bionic. Thanks.

There have been a few threads about this and it seems to not be a issue with the Maxx.

The Bionic is the most infamous for that problem. The Razr has had it occasionally as well, but generally speaking not as bad. And I think most Razr/Maxx users would claim the latest OTA patch really helped that a lot. But with LTE on Verizon, it's not a matter of if, but rather when it happens. The key is how fast the phone gets the connection back.

The only dumb question is the one not asked.
Bought a bionic on release day...had it for a few months and loved it but the data issues really compromised its use. Had my maxx for awhile now, best phone on the market

Well I will probably get the Maxx then. I heard rumors of the Droid Fighter but you can never tell when these things are actually coming out.
