Razr Max / Exchange Calendar Problem / quetion?

Is anyone here using corporate sync with an exchage server and getting your calendar notices OK? I get the calendar invitation but I don't have the ability to accept / reject / propose new time like I used to with my old phone. Anyone else having this problem or is there something obvious I'm missing?

I saw elsewhere that the old Razr had a similar issue but you could go to into the calendar and if you opened the meeting it would alow you to accept but I'm not seeing it.
