About LinkBackshow come verizion charges 299.00 for razr maxx hd and amazon only charges 199.00 for the same upgrade.
the only difference is the phone is on back order from amazon.

10-18-2012 05:11 PMThey are priced low because they (amazon, let's talk, etc) get money for every new/upgrade contract they do. So in return they pass it on to the customer. That's why people who sign new contacts get phones at lower prices then if you just renew.

If you go to places like new egg ect... You can also pay for extended warranty up front for a year at a time. No deductible and costs less than 70 for a year.
